Please note that credit card payments for Turistico s.r.o. are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland (“TREKKSOFT”). Therefore, TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement for the payment of this booking. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All details about TURISTICO s.r.o. In flyers of TURISTICO and web site www.turisticopragatour.com describe public regular excursions and privates tours.
For public and private tours, TUISTICO s.r.o. has the right to make changes onto routes if for any reason the tour is interrupt for external causes of TURISTICO s.r.o., as operating fails in public transport, State visits in Center Prague, close roads or any other unpredictable event.
Payment conditions
The prices of the tours pay in advance, are binding once you finish the payment. In all prices are included all taxes (Dan z Pridane Hodnoty). Is not any extra charge buying in advanced by internet. TURISTICO s.r.o. reserves the right to change the terms of the services at any time, but tickets buy on the website remain be valid. In case that prices been reduced, not refund is posible.
For public rides, the client can pay with credit card when buy the ticket at www.turisticopragatour.com or in cash th same day of the excursion. In any case the public transport is included in the price of the tour. In the advance purchase, a confirmation e-mail will send by TURISTICO s.r.o. to the client with a voucher number. Once the client recive this email, sales contract is in a binding way. This voucher must give to the guide when the excursion start and the client must show a picture identification (passport, ID, driving license or student card) in accordance the same info. than the voucher. If you buy more than one ticket, only the buyer has to provide the pic. ID. We apologize for don´t accept checks unless them must have a ID picture on them.
For private tour, all payment is required in advance. Under special conditions, the client can pay a funding by using Credit Cards or bank transfer with the rest pay in cash at the same day of the tour. The price includes the guide´s payment, and when you travel by car or bus, all cost of them. Other payments, as entrance fee to palace, drinks, public transport, etc, are not includes in the price. When the payment will be recive (or fund payment), TURISTICO s.r.o. will send a confirmation e-mail, confirming the length, type of travel, the meeting point, start time and any other important info. when will be confirm by the client this contract become binding.
Cancellation conditions
1) Regular tours
This tours are all the days even bank holidays. In the extremely improbable case that any tour been cancel by TURISTICO s.r.o, full refund will be pay. In any case that the client can not go to the tour, we apologize but we can´t refund the advance purchase by credit card on www.turisticopragatour.com. If TURISTICO s.r.o. recive notification with a minimum 72 hours, we can reschedule for a later excursion without any extra cost.
2) Private tours
Cancellation fee, only with prior written notice:
Till 72 hours before the tour:10% of total price.
Between 72-24 hours before the tour: 50% of total price.
Less than 24 hours, or if the clients does not be on time or in the meeting point: 100% of total price.
If, unexpectedly, the day´s events make imposible or really dificult proceed with the tour, TURISTICO s.r.o, ask the clients and will make everything to provide an alternative solution.If it not satisfactory solution, TURISTICO s.r.o. or the client can cancel the tour. After TURISTICO s.r.o reduce 10% of cost (preparation tour costs), and associated cost as vehicle (if are in the tour).50% of cost if you pay with Credit Card, the client will recive the refund paid.
INFORMATION(DATA)PROTECTION
TURISTICO s.r.o. should be noted that data presented are neccesaries for commercial transactions and will be save accordingly. TURISTICO s.r.o. will not give to others this information.
Juristiction.
Must be aply the Czeh law. Any dispute shall be entitled to [...] take proceedings before a Czech court.
